Environmental Quality Incentives Program
FREE FOREST MANAGEMENT
If you are a forest landowner who has been funded through
the EQIP program, we would love the oppurtunity to do the work. We can do most projects, or management plans, for the government
contract price, which means no cost to you. We have a current herbide applicator's license, the TSP designation (necessary
for writing Forest Stewardship Management Plans), and years of timber stand improvement experience.

The Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP) is a federally funded program that pays forest landowners for the
cost of implementing forest management practices. Currently, landowners can get paid for the costs of the following services...
-Grapevine Control
-Invasive Species Control
-Tree Planting
-Crop Tree Release
Additionally, most
forest landowners can currently get a FREE Forest Stewardship Management Plan.
Coldwell Timber Consulting
is familiar with the EQIP program and can point you in the right direction to get you started, and if you get funded we can
usually do the funded practices at the government contract price, which means FREE FOREST MANAGEMENT for the landowner.
